My name is Heather Lanclos and I'm originally from Louisiana. I've lived in Texas for the last 14 plus years. I graduated college in 2003 from the University of Louisiana Lafayette with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science concentration. In 2008, I received my teacher certification through the Sam Houston State University Post-baccalaureate Program.
I have been married to my husband, Brandon, for 14 years and we have a 7 year old son named Noah. He will be attending Falcon Ridge Elementary for 2nd grade this school year. We also have two dogs: Daisy a (French Bulldog) and Lucky a (Lab/Sharpei Mix) . I like to read, run, play sports and spend as much time as I can with my family. This will be my 7th year teaching 6th grade Science at Huffman Middle School and my 2nd year as the MS Girls' Coordinator. In addition to teaching, I also coach 8th grade basketball and 7th\8th grade track.
